Tour embarkation
WHERE IS YOUR EMBARKATION POINT LOCATED?
Our meeting point for tours on the historic boat is near Piazza Mentana, on the riverside, right in front of the large gate overlooking the Arno.
Riverside entrances do not have a street number, but the square is very small, the gate is easily visible, and a colorful sign marks our meeting point!
How to Reach our embarkation Point?
- On foot:
From Piazzale degli Uffizi, once you reach the river, turn left.
The first square you will encounter is Piazza dei Giudici; the second is Piazza Mentana, where you will find our meeting point. - By car:
The nearest parking lot is Sant’Ambrogio in Piazza Ghiberti. - From there, you can:
Walk to us in 15 minutes via Piazza Santa Croce. - Take the electric bus C3 for 2 stops and get off at the “Corso dei Tintori” stop.
- Alternatively, you can park:
At the Beccaria parking lot. - At the Murate parking lot.
- Along the boulevards between Piazza Beccaria and Lungarno della Zecca Vecchia.
- By public transport:
You can use the following buses: - Electric bus C1: Stop at “Diaz” or “Galleria degli Uffizi.”
- Electric bus C3: Stop at “Benci” or “Corso dei Tintori.”
- Bus 23: Stop at “Benci” or “Corso dei Tintori.”
Access to our Meeting Point
Our meeting point is located within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL).
If you are organizing the arrival of a large group, you can request a temporary permit from the Municipal Police to allow passenger loading and unloading directly in front of our gate.
